Lighting design services are provided under separate project agreements or quotations. Each quotation specifies scope, deliverables, timeline and fees in SEK. Services commence upon written acceptance of a quotation and receipt of any agreed deposit.
Our standard process comprises five phases: Discovery, Concept Design, Technical Design, Procurement Support, and Commissioning. Phase deliverables and fees are defined in the project agreement.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by Inchifluid AB and protected by Swedish and international copyright law.
Lighting design documents, drawings and specifications created for a client project become the client's property upon full payment. Inchifluid AB retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices are issued in SEK upon completion of each project phase unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Swedish Interest Act (räntelagen). Inchifluid AB reserves the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.
We warrant that services will be performed with professional skill and care consistent with industry standards. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project phase giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
Lighting performance depends on correct installation by qualified electricians. Inchifluid AB is not responsible for defects arising from improper installation or use of non-specified products.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. The client is responsible for fees for all completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
