Every Inchifluid project follows a proven five-phase methodology. Each phase has defined deliverables and is invoiced separately in SEK upon completion.
Phase 01
We meet at our Stortorget studio or on-site to understand your space, goals, budget and timeline. You receive a written scope proposal within five business days.
Phase 02
Mood boards, sketch layouts and a lighting narrative document establish the creative direction before technical work begins.
Phase 03
Detailed plans, luminaire schedules, control diagrams and photometric calculations prepared for your build team and electrician.
Phase 04
We assist with fixture sourcing, sample review and coordination with suppliers to ensure specifications are met.
Phase 05
On-site tuning, focus aiming, scene programming and a complete handover package ensure the finished result matches our design intent.
